2 Gold Star Winner - 2015 Great Taste Awards! This aromatic green tea comes from Wu Liang mountain in Simao, Yunnan. This Bi Luo Chun, meaning Green Snail Spring, also known as Spiral of Spring Jade, is a Yunnan high grade leaf varietal picked at just a few days old. These tight pellets gently unfurl when brewed giving refreshing and revitalizing liquid. This tea is created by artisan growers from distinguished lineages dedicated to producing the finest tea. Harvested with the utmost care, they are skilfully hand-processed in small batches to retain the flavour, goodness and vitality that distinguish these teas from mass-produced varieties. The leaf of Bi Luo Chun is tiny and comes out spiral shaped; the brew is clear and golden and of exceeding delicacy. In the cup its skilfully hand-crafted, downy leaves unfold to produce a delicate, aromatic, light golden liquor which opens with a fresh, crisp astringency and develops into a well-rounded sweetness with a lingering, mellow, slightly buttery, finish. A unique, superior tea with much in it to discover and appreciate.

Please remember the health benefits too. Green tea contains high levels of powerful anti-oxidants called polyphenols - highly effective in protecting our cells and boosting our immune system. Healthy and delicious. Try our selection of teas and discover the benefits for yourself.
