Classic: 3 grams˟ of tea, 200 mills 95+ C degree water, up to 3 mins. Could be brewed up to 5 mins but our recommendation is 3 min.
Subsequent: 3 to 5 grams of tea, 80 to 100 mils of water 95+ C degrees, first brewing up to 30 second and each next longer about 20 second. We recommend 34 or more repetitions.
Tea bag: as this leaves required more room to open and fully infuse tea soup we provide this tea just with our Eco-Friendly Single Size one cup tea bag of same Red Mu Tan, Black Peony Matured tea.
˟ - as this tea takes a lot of space it is not possible to measure properly by tea spoon. We recommend find your own way (table spoon) if have no scale.
