Green Needle: must to try for all who expect much more from the tea than just a brew. 

This fantastic green tea is affordable entrance to the land of luxury. To create it just top leaves are used: picked shortly after opening buds and rolled to the shape of pine needle. Although there is not many silver buds you can easily notice downy hairs covered outer part of the rolled leaves. The leaves are mostly dark green with some reminiscence of silver tips with noticeable light green parts of early picked young leaves. Brew is pale greenish to light golden i colour, depend on time of brewing. Taste is very fresh with long finish bringing a sweet underlay with some light bitterness. 

Ingredients: 100% Green needle China tea.

Brewing tips:

Classic: 2 to 3 grams, 200 mills of water at around 70 up to 80 C degrees, 1.5 to 3 mins depend on preferences. Please, do not exceed temperature 80 C degrees.

After you have finished brewing, take the leaves out of the cup/teapot – if they remain in the water too long, they start releasing tannins. Tannin makes tea taste bitter, inhibits absorption of magnesium and iron which are necessary for the body to function properly.
